This unit includes a 220V to 12V power adapter but excludes the 220V power cable.
FES or Fan Enhanced Systems don’t need the fan for normal operation. The fan enhancement produces lower heat which ensures higher performance and a longer life for the system. If the fan does stop operation in the field due to dust or MTBF, the system will keep working as a normal fanless system. The fan is outside the enclosure to keep the internal system dust free and a protective plate covers the fan to protect the spinning fan blades.
